I’ve tried several times through different means to learn Korean, but I’ve only ever actually made progress thanks to the King Sejong Institute. The classes are very affordable and very thorough. The group in-person setting has been very helpful and I feel like I’ve gained more knowledge in a semester than I did from months of trying to self-study.

I’m happy with the teachers and the students, it’s a friendly low-pressure way to learn Korean. They also have events every once in a while, like calligraphy classes, that are kinda fun.

It’s very hard to find Korean classes in my area, so Sejong Hakdang has made my Korean learning possible when it otherwise would have been much harder to find resources.

The classes are organized to make it very digestible. I think the speed at which they go through the lecture really makes it easy to stay motivated.
