2025 Kimchi Workshop with KCCLA
It’s Kimjang season!
Last Saturday, the King Sejong Institute Center USA and our students joined the Kimchi Workshop hosted by KCCLA in celebration of Kimchi Day (11/22)!
We rolled up our sleeves to learn not only how to make kimchi, but also the rich history and tradition behind Korea’s beloved side dish, all taught by Kimchi Master Chef Yoon Hee Kim.
KSIC USA was also proud to share Nongshim Shin Ramen—enjoyed as “Hangang-style” on the spot!
