SPRING Semester Detail
This is an ONLINE course that meets twice a week (every Monday, Wednesday) from 18:30pm to 20:30pm, PT.
You must create an account for this website to register for our courses.
We recommend you do a level test for finding the class that fits you before registration.
If there are few students who have registered, the class may not open.
Academic terms are defined by program schedule and may not correspond to meteorological seasons.
Registration for opens 2 weeks before the first session of each semester.
For Spring Semester, registration opens 00:00AM, PT, 19th of January, 2026.
Please note that our online classes do not issue certificates eligible for visa purposes.
※Tuition Refund & Level Change Policy: Any cancellation or refund requests must be received via email (ksicusa@ksif.or.kr) before the second session of the course. You may change your course level before this deadline if space is available, but once the class enters the second session of the semester, no cancellation, refund or level change will be permitted.
SPRING Semester Classes
This course is for students who already know how to use the Korean alphabet to read and write. Students will learn to put consonants, vowels, and consonant endings together to read and write with greater ease. Students will also learn basic phrases and grammar. Also, students will learn practical Korean language skills, especially focusing on conversation, listening, and communication skills. Its level is equivariant to the textbook, Sejong Korean 1A~Sejong Korean 2A.
In this class, the second half of the textbook King Sejong Practical Korean 1 will be addressed.
You may purchase the books from an online or physical bookstore, or use the free e-books provided. The link to access the e-book is located just above this class description, and textbook purchasing information can be found at the bottom of this page.
Students will learn to build on Korean sentence structures and verb conjugations. Also, students use interactive exercises to improve conversational skills through grammatical accuracy and situational drills. Its level is equivariant to the textbook, Sejong Korean 2A~Sejong Korean 2B.
In this class, the second half of the textbook King Sejong Practical Korean 2 will be addressed.
This is an intermediate-level course offering intensive practice in spoken Korean through drills and activities centered on the textbook. The goal of the course is to expand students’ communicative skills in Korean to an intermediate level by introducing further grammar points and useful expressions. The course will focus on grammar, vocabulary, and expressions for everyday conversations, while also deepening students' understanding of Korean culture. It's level equivariant to the textbook, Sejong Korean 3A~Sejong Korean 3B.
In this class, the second half of the textbook King Sejong Practical Korean 3 will be addressed.
