Who We Are

King Sejong Institute Center, U.S.A. (KSIC), located in Los Angeles, serves as a central hub for Korean cultural awareness across the United States. KSIC not only oversees other King Sejong Institutes in North America but also offers diverse language education programs and cultural experiences for LA residents. By fostering meaningful connections with those who love the Korean language, KSIC inspires all who aspire to visit Korea to pursue their dreams.

Mission

Curriculum

  • Offers courses from beginner to advanced levels, using a curriculum developed by the National Institute of Korean Language (successfully implemented in over 180 locations across 60 countries)
  • Instructed by experienced teachers who are all experts in Korean language education, adhering to the highest standards of certification
  • Integrates cultural experiences into its programs, fostering a deeper understanding and meaningful learning experiences

Partnership

  • Collaborates with a diverse range of partners, including public organizations such as the Korean Cultural Center, the Korea Tourism Organization, and the LA Public Library, as well as various corporations and universities across the U.S.
